Without my permission or KNOWLEDGE, Cynthia Quinlan contacted the Executor of my Parent's Estate and EXTORTED $1,700 from my inheritance under the "GUISE" that I would have to pay to have my deck torn down and replaced when it collapsed in 2003 after a heavy, wet Blizzard.



Cynthia Quinlan kept the money, secretly, at Crestmoor Management Company for FIVE FULL YEARS. When I became aware of the CRIME, I repeatedly demanded the return of MY MONEY. She never returned the money to me. . .but after many letters from me and my attorney, she finally returned it to the Executor of my Parent's Estate. That is a CRIME for which she has never apologized or been tried.



During those FIVE YEARS I lost the earnings because the funds were no longer invested. And my second story deck, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATIONS OF THE HOA, WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FULLY COVERED BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY THAT HELD THE POLICY FOR OUR HOA!!



I NEVER GOT A DIME IN REIMBURSEMENT COSTS AND THE WHOLE PROJECT COST MORE THAN $7,700.00 PLUS THE COST OF RETAINING LEGAL COUNSEL TO DEAL WITH THE LESS THAN HONORABLE CYNTHIA QUINLAN AND CRESTMOOR MANAGEMENT COMPANY.



BEWARE!! BE VERY CAREFUL! DON'T EVER CONSIDER HIRING CRESTMOOR FOR YOUR HOA!
