Very easy to deal with. Made appointment and they even called let me know they were on the way. All on time. Driver was very friendly and helpful. Excellent!!

Could not get them to deliver .They falsified records to make it look like they had attempted contact. Said they had 'equipment problems' after the fact. Refused to guarantee delivery. Right now it looks like my shipper may have to sue.

I was a driver for over three years with this place. Since I resigned I've been waiting over five weeks for my last pay check/stub. Being forced into filing a formal complaint with the Dept. of Labor. Not a nice way to handle business. I also have a few hundred pictures of freight not being loaded and/or secured correctly. Won't hardly even shrink wrap loose freight. will just support it with other freight which works fine until that supporting freight has been delivered. That's just the trailer I handled.

I do not know how the others were so mishandled, but needless to say, I had better service than the others received. :) Everyone was quite nice and I was able to get my delivery in tonight.

Worst service ever. The girl that works there is the biggest liar I have ever had to deal with. She is rude and hung up on me twice. She cannot do the job she was hired to do to save her life. She messed up our delivery and now they are trying to charge me a redelivery fee. This company is a joke. The funniest part is every site I went to, said the same thing. I think the owner needs to find some new employees and pay more attention to what is going on in their “family owned company”.

Great company. Got my product to me on time. Never had any issues!!!

Product has been sitting in their transfer yard for three days. Any other company would have gotten it to us that same day. Here we are day three and still no delivery. They called yesterday and said they would deliver that day but then they did not show up, or call saying they would miss the delivery. I've now called their office now three times but nobody ever answers the phone. Go with a real freight forwarder. This company is incompetent.

Worst company ever! These people are scam artists and liars! They falsified appointments for me twice and then called the company I ordered the product from and said I didn't show up. When I confronted them on it, they hung up on me. Wish I could give them 0 stars-they deserve it.

Stay away from doing business with these people; I totally agree with the other post on this review - they are the worst shipping/delivery people I have ever dealth with; not only did they falsify making an appointment, but when I called the woman was totally rude and hung up on me. There are plenty of businesses that ship in this area - I recommend picking someone other than Colorado Motor Express

Worst delivery experience EVER!

Zero ability to alert customer of delivery needs. Driver beyond rude.

NO ownership of faults, the customer is always wrong...
