I placed a special order at this bakery, to be picked up midday on Christmas Eve. I was charged for the full order but when I arrived home, I found that I only had 13 of the 24 items I ordered and paid for. Since it was a special order, I was out of luck and was going to be short for Christmas dinner. The manager did not even apologize and said he'd have his "office girl" call me to arrange for a refund. I was very disappointed that my order was screwed up and even more so that he clearly did not care. Needless to say, I won't be trusting THIS bakery with my wedding cake!

A very good choice for excellent cakes for all occasions. In business for years and years; we have purchased many cakes from them and never been disappointed.
