Totally displeased

Displeased in Aurora

Our latest experience with Carpet exchange was less than pleasing due to the finished product was not finished correctly and when we brought it to the manager of the facility in Aurora Mr Landers we were blown off and after a week we returned to the store and emailed Pictures of the poor workmanship another week has passed without any word of resolution on our issue.

Good company to work with

I have used them many times and while not all of the installers are all that great, the sales people are top notch.

Never Again

Used them few months ago. Their crew stole 3 packs of my cigarettes and my lighter. Not a big deal, but the next time it can be something very close to someone's heart. A sales person that I used was supposed to send a review sheet to me, it's been about 2 months now and nothing's been sent to me. I would not recommend the company. Not at all.

DO NOT BUY HERE

These folks are a nightmare to deal with. I purchased carpet, gave two week notice for the install, scheduled the install, took the day off from work to have it done... THEY DID NOT SHOW UP ! I had company coming from out of town that weekend and my house was in a mess to prepare for the carpet. No resolution was offered, although the sales clerk tried. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I withdrew my order and went elsewhere. Oh yes they offer a good price but not worth a deal if they can't get it scheduled and leave you hanging on the day you took off without pay to see the job to completion.

Worst Expericence Ever

This place was a nightmare!!! They took two weeks to transfer a rug from another store in Denver. Then when we got the rug it was the wrong one. After taking it back they once again gave us the WRONG rug!!! The manager, instead of appologizing, acused us and the saleswomen of lying saying " There is no way that's the wrong rug, I put the tag on it myself". Well unless they are blind or stupid they could see it's the wrong f***ing rug!!! I personally don't have the time or gas money to deal with this place anymore. I'm tired of driving to their store and back with the wrong rug every time. Here's a tip-order online, they deliver for free and aren't retarded!!!!!
