Absolutely great company and very competitive prices. In the process of selling our home and needed to install carpet. Referred by our realtor, and Shane was out at the property the next day to put together a quote. Very reasonable pricing. Installation was quick and the end result was perfect. I called Carpet Depot, asked for a rough quote over the phone. I gave a close, but not exact measurement of the square footage. They estimated a price based on this measurement, which allowed me to shop around. The price was very competitive. I called 2 weeks later--they came out that same day, measured and gave me an exact quote. That quote was exactly in line with the phone estimate.



They set up a time to come out on a Friday--gave me a ballpark time frame of about 9:00. I called the day before to confirm--and they were there at 9:15....great timeiness, great service.



They walked down to the basement with me and did a quick run-through. They wanted to make sure the rooms I was expecting to be done were the rooms they had on their list. They were friendly, very professional, quick, timely, and did an amazing job installing the carpet.



I will keep their card and refer them to everyone I know who needs to have carpet installed.

I was looking for good carpet for Rental units. I found what I was looking for;

durable carpet at an affordable price and quick installation. This place beat all the other prices at other places I had looked. . They did a rush job and i was able to get my unit rented in a timely manner. The carpet I bought was reasonably priced and very durable. I found quality. affordable prices and great service. I will definitely go back as my other units need replacing. I am sure I will be using this store when I replace my Home carpet.

The salesman brought Samples to my home. I was able to view them in the light where the carpet was to be installed and compare the samples with my Paint.

While he was there, He measured my rooms and gave me a price . HE was Polite and very knowledgable. The Prices were the best I found and I was very happy with the install. I didnt wast any time or gas. The carpet arrived in about 4 days and the installation Crew did a great Job. I was really impressed with the quality of the carpet and the fast installation.
