My fiancee and I moved into this apartment in 2011. At first it was wonderful. But we began having problems with our neighbor. He complained about the noise of our TV against his wall, which we moved gladly to avoid further problems. As the year progressed the problems became worse. He came over in the middle of the day, pounding on my door and threatened me while I was vacuuming my apartment. My step-son moved in half way through the year and was able to hear this man screaming obscenities in his apartment, as well as his continuous slamming and throwing of things against the wall that divided our apartments. No matter how many times I went to the office with concerns and complaints about the neighbor screaming, threatening and being a general nuisance, nothing was done. A month before our lease was up, they put a notice of non-renewal on our door. When asked why we were being thrown out, they would tell us nothing and were completely unsympathetic and charged us extra when we left.
