Sellers like the high prices asked by BTS. Buyers are put off by them. There are a couple dozen regular estate sale buyers who are ready to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars each week at estate sales. Few will be among the first buyers at a BTS sale. The last day is half price and items get to a more reasonable price. Buyers on the first day will often pay more than the current retail price of the used items in the home.
