I called brand source to repair a piece on the door of my refrigerator. I gave the customer service person my model number directly from the sticker inside my refrigerator which he said he could not locate any info on model. He expressed that he would reach out to another department to see if they could locate model number he mentioned that he would call back that day letting me know either they could or could not find information in order to locate my parts. I received no call back and after two days choose another company to perform service. They ordered part and scheduled my appointment for service as a normal company would. In the meantime Brand Source took it upon themselves to order part and not notify me of coming out. They arrived on the same day the other company that I committed to do the service so my wife did not think twice of asking their company name. They did not have parts to perform service but, still charged my wife for a trip charge. I called their office numerous times with no return call finally received a call and said they were sorry but, they were not crediting my card back for charges. I would highly recommend others looking at all of the bad comments they have received on multiple reviews and not using this company. Very poor customer service and follow up and fraudulent ways of conducting business.

I am 3+ weeks into having a refrigerator repair. When I did get the service person out, he installed the wrongs part and the refrigerator stopped working within 24 hours. Now, I am 10 days late from notifying them and they will not return my phone call. I will likely pursue this in small claims court. They are an absolute disaster!!! Run from these guys.

It's too bad there are so many other negative reviews because we were as pleased with Brand Source as we possibly could be. Our stove had not been fully functioning for years (we gave up after another company had been unable to fix it); Brand Source fixed it speedily and well and for a very reasonable price, which was also exactly what their initial estimate was (despite the fact that there was at least one unexpected difficulty with the repair). The repairman was very professional and scheduling his visits was flawless with excellent communication: They let you know the day before the 2-hour window, and when you call to confirm, they are right on time (even letting you know 15 minutes before the actual arrival). Right after we had them fix our stove we had them come right back to fix our fridge, which was also misbehaving, and had the same excellent experience with that. Can't say enough good things ! We will call them again in a hearbeat the next time we need appliance repair.

They did over $1000 worth of repairs on our built in refrigerator and in less than 15 months the refrigerator is broke again and because it is 3 months past the one year mark of their service they will not even come and look at the refrigerator without charging us a fee. The customer service desk was rude and not helpful and would not transfer me to an a director or higher level.



So disappointing that no one takes pride in their work anymore!



I would not recommend using this company

We had a water leak in our refrigerator and called Brand Source to fix the problem. Tim came out the next day and was prompt, courteous and knowledgable. We are very happy with the experience and will be calling Brand Source for our next appliance repair.

Awful experience!!! I recieved very poor service from Brand Source when repairing my refrigerator. They came out for repairs and two weeks later, the same issue was happening. They came back out at that time and did no further repairs, just a temporary fix that lasted another 2-3 weeks. When we called again for the problem, they stated we were out of the warranty period and wanted to charge us full price for replacing the bad part they installed in the first place.They admitted they installed a bad part that didn't fix the issue, and then wanted to charge us again for their mistake. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY if you want appliance repairs! It's not worth the trouble. They also state in their ads that it's "Satisfaction Guaranteed!", which is a lie and should be considered false advertising. My experience was with the people who cover the Boulder area, but it seems to all be the same company.
