Bestway Concrete has some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I was following behind one of their trucks when a piece of something flew off their truck and hit my car. I called to notify the company, and I was basically told it's not their problem, and they would do nothing about it. If this is how they manage safety issues, I seriously question the quality of this company and their management policies. I would never use or recommend this company!
