Best Mower repair experience I've ever seen. I used to be a faithful Sears customer and therefore a patron of their repair center as well. I thought long waits for my equipment back and high priced repairs were the norm. But after working with Archie and the All Pro team, I shall happily say good-bye to Sears service center. I drove 25 miles from where I live to take my mower in for service, and I would happily take it back again next time. The team of guys are great. My mower would not start. The diagnosis of the problem was done right in front of me for FREE. The team made sure I was taken care of, and to my surprise, I was able to pick up my fixed mower a couple of hours later (Same Day Service at no additional charge?? Uhh... Yes Please). The customer service was great in the speed, available services, PRICING (Lowest I found after calling around to 6 repair shops) and educational information. Archie let me know how I could avoid the same issues in the future. I will definitely be back for all my small motor equipment needs. Thanks All Pro.
