Terrible customer service and overpriced! They were closed all Thanksgiving Weekend, without leaving notification on their answering machine, Facebook, or website. Tiny sign on window was placed on Wednesday night saying they'd be back on Monday. I went to a competitor and was warmly welcomed with reasonable prices and better tasting fluid. I will not be returning to this Vaporescence.

My husband had been smoking from the early age of 15 or before and with the vaporesence he stopped the day he got it 1 year ago April 2011.

I'm a local boxer and cage fighter, i've struggled with smoking on and off for years, until I ran into John and Greg at my job. I couldn't believe it John let me try out his atomizer and I though i was smoking a real cigar. The best part about these E-cigs are that they DON'T effect your health. I can fight all night and smoke my E-cig while i'm doing it X-) THANKS VAPORESCENCE!!

MY HUSBAND SMOKED ALMOST TWO PACKS A DAY FOR 30 YEARS. HE WENT IN 5 MONTHS AGO AND CAME HOME WITH THIS NEW ITEM. I DID NOT BELIEVE IT WOULD WORK FOR HIM...."BUT IT DID" HE TOOK ME IN ABOUT THREE WEEKS AGO TO GIVE IT A TRY. THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL ! IT REALLY WORKS ! I STILL ALTERNATE WITH MINE, BUT IT IS JUST THE THOUGHT OF LEAVING MY HABIT BEHIND. I RECOMMEND "VAPORESCENCE" IN DENTON,TX TO ANYONE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absoutley Wonderful! I was scared to go in becasue I had never even thought about a vapor e-cig . . . Walking in they treat you like family and customize everything to YOUR needs. Plus you get to try before you buy which is a HUGE plus. Greg & His staff are so great and I am thankful for them in my new journey.
