Since the new manager took over the place has gone down hill. They get the orders wrong many times and have to redo the orders. There is a lot of turn over in the hired help. The staff is not trained effectively. The manager has an attitude problem. She does not spend enough time supervising her staff and does not put in orders far ahead of time so that they do not run out of items. The coffee is always running out and is cold. Some of the staff is very good, but most are very inexperienced and are not given the training they need. I have called the corporate office in St. Louis and they did not seem to care. It does not appear that anyone is evaluating her. No one comes to check up on her. Several people would come to watch the previous manager but not this one. What is going on here? People spend a lot of money here and deserve to be treated better. It is about time that some body come to evaluate her.
