When we were going to move to Texas, we had a hard time finding an agent that would give us quotes or go out of their way to help us. This was the place for us!



Then a few years later, my husband and I were in Rochester, MN, while he was undergoing a bone marrow transplant. Someone who had been watching our home in Texas, told us that we had several shingles blown off our roof and that it was down to bare roof. I called Barry, after hours, and he and Brian were together at that moment, and drove, on a weekend and in the evening, right over to our home to investigate. It ended up not being serious enough for an insurance claim, but it did need to get fixed before the next rain. They were able to suggest someone who may be able to help us, and it was fixed within a few days, right before the next rain storm!
