Zero problems with Diamond of the outdoors , it sucks waiting on a big purchase like this but thats life sometimes you have to wait. It was about a 3 month wait but if you reveiw every company has the same wait time...once i got the call it was ready they had it to my house in Knoxville Tn the next day and the crew that delivered and installed it did a great professional job for such a big building at 40x45 with 2 10x10 roll up doors.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Just save yourself the trouble shady business slow response. Horrible customer service. Never return calls as promised. Just do your research if you are considering doing business with this company.

Customer service is the worst. They do not stand behind their products/services and refuse to resolve any issues. I'd look elsewhere.
