Had a great experience with Tappan Gas, got a quick quote that beat the competition by .35 cents per gallon. Easy set up as a new customer, and Marilyn was great on the phone.

I've been with Tappan for the last 16 years and have had no problems until this past year. In January I called for a fill at 30% and had to wait for 3 weeks and nearly ran out. Now I've been waiting since June for them to pick up their tank so I can get another service. After looking at other companies I also found Tappan's prices are almost twice as high as other companies. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

Tappan gas has two of the rudest people answering there phones. If I ever treated or spoke to any of my patients the way they did my family I would have been terminated on the spot. Shelia and Marlene need a good lesson on customer service! I would never recommend this company for your propane needs!
