Bottom line the owner of Ultimate Audio & Video did not back up his service nor did he care about my satisfaction. The service tech came out and fixed what he thought was the problem. In his own words "Call if this does not fix the problem we'll try something else at no charge".



In a week the TV acted up two more times so I called Ultimate back. I Googled what the TV screen said when the problem arose. "HD repeater has been compromised". Plus something about an HDMI cable. He did not know what that meant and said "He was NOT going to waste an employees time and his money driving all over town if he doesn't know how to fix the problem." Then he tried to compare it to someone having a heart problem. He said if someone had heart palpations and it doesn't happen at the doctors office they would be sent home. WHAT A COMPARISON!! Since that's what he wants to compare TV service to...A doctor would do several tests before letting the patient know it maybe just indigestion and not his heart.



After several words about his lack of customer service, we finally decided to try putting in new HDMI cables. He told me he would call me back in 20 mins after he got to the office...Its been 49 hours NO PHONE CALL.



All I wanted was for him to try!

We called Ultimate Audio/Video after the installation company that our home builder used to pre-wire our home would not finish the trim out of our house and would not return our calls. A friend that had Ultimate Audio/Video, to design and install their audio system and media room, reffered us to them. It was the most enjoyable part of our home building process. Not only was Rod Holle ( owner ) and his installation guys very professional and prompt, they designed us a really nice audio system that was within our budget and very easy to operate.



I would recommend them time after time to any one that needs top notch service for their audio video needs.
