Some warning lights came on in my Lexus and my wife had it towed to Stellys at the recommendation of a friend. After 2 weeks of contacting them they finally tell us that the transmission is dead and it will cost $3000 to fix it. It's a 2001 so it wasn't really worth fixing. They offered us $500 for parts. The Lexus was recently involved in a wreck and the entire back end was replaced which was $3000 in parts alone. We had the car towed somewhere else for a second opinion after my father in low noticed it hadn't been moved from where we had it towed to initially. The 2nd place we towed it to fixed the vehicle for under $500, there were a few minor issues with the transmission. I believe these people basically tried to steal my car from me because they thought they could take advantage of my wife. I will tell everyone I know and anyone who will listen to never take your vehicle here unless you want to be robbed.
