Worst hair cut ever, I went to go brush my hair later and found a HUGE patch left uncut and just brushed down. I had to use tack gel to go to a funeral!

I usually use Ms. Paula when I go here she does an awesome job every time she was busy and decided to use the new guy Bo. ....Big mistake he went on about how he use to work at upscale salons; Bo im sorry but now I know why you dont work at upscale any more. He wanted to put some wavy curl in my hair with the flat iron said he wanted to show me how to style the new cut that I haven't really seen at the time. This morning after shower I towel dried my hair I saw why he pushes using the flat iron to curl my hair which I got charged $8 extra for I look like I have a mullet. He didn't fix my hair he made it worse now I dont know what to do.
