Carl, the owner of Up-Rite Fence and Const. has been fencing for 30 years. The first company he worked for he and a fellow worker bough and renamed. Carl sold his share and formed Up-rite fence in 1996.Most of Carl's income comes from fencing but he dose other things. Over the years, Carl has built several pol buildings, garages and other out buildings for himself and others.
