I had a wonderful experience the other day with a girl who worked there. Everyone was nice but a girl named Angel helped me and I could not believe the knowledge she had of every product in the store and then some. She was actually interested in me and my new puppy and what was best for us both. I have never left a store more satisfied and sure of the items I purchased. I asked for her managers name but she said she was the manager on duty. I will be making a call to their main office to let them know about my experience. I highly recommend that everyone go see her if you have any questions about anything regarding your pets. She is a gem and she was my angel that day. I will shop there from now on.

George is so right. They hire new people all the time just to fire them for no reason. They don't train anyone correctly. They have rude, disrespectful managers that don't know how to treat human beings. And you don't want to buy and kind of rat or mouse from there because they don't clean the tanks out. The mice and rats are covered in urine and feces. The whole store is dusty and disgusting. Dog pee stains all over the carpet, not to forget about the fact that they leave expired food on the shelves! You've been warned!!!!!!!

i would never go back to that store again. They never have the same employees there, every few months seems like someone new works there and has no idea about products or how to catch a fish ! the manager are never there always on lunch break, and the only manager that helped me once was a heavy set pregnant girl that gave me attitude and told me to shop somewhere else if i didn't like it. Pretty much i had purchased a dozen or more neons for my fish tank and more than half of them had died, the fish are just .99 cents ( just to let you know ). i had not kept my receipt but came back 2 days later and explained that i all the fish i had purchased at the store died. well She refused to give me new fish and kept telling me that i killed them for different reasons. I have had fish tans for over 12 years and had never had fish die that quickly. This girl yield at me in front of many other customers, i asked for a corporate number and when i called the lady answering the phone told me that she gets a lot of complaints about the same girl. So why is she still working there !!!! If i ever have to go into that store i send my wife !
