To start with there was an employee off duty ordering 4 or 5 sandwiches, this took 15-20 minutes for her to her one sandwich at a time, including piece mealing what she needed on each one instruction at a time. In the space the owner lost 3 customers. 2. When I finally got to order, I almost walked out and somewhere else: the plexiglass looked as if someone had fought all over it. The glass that covers the food was filthy. Top of it had finger prints as well as the bottom being dirty with finger prints and food. Off to the side was what looked like ketchup, in front of the glass behind the had dried food on it. I told a man in his 30-35 years old coming on duty that the place needed cleaning asked him to come around and see what I was seeing, I told him I almost did not order anything because what I was seeing denotes a lack of cleanliness. As I was leaving I said I am a nurse and that is unacceptable, as I went through the door to leave, I heard him say “do you want to stay and clean it”
