Provided by YP.comHorrible phone conversation with manager on phone. Belligerent,defensive,and argumentative. Promised new glasses and sunglasses in3-5 days. Was told never told that information by employee which is totally false. How could he possibly know if he wasn’t present. Order for progressive lenses were cancelled as their shipment had still not arrived .Leaving country and would NEVER have ordered if “7-10 days” was actual time frame . Thank you for apologizing,but no thank you for your service!
Perhaps your manager needs some “people” skills.

Provided by YP.comSeaview Optical cares. I have worn glasses/contacts for decades. I recently needed new glasses, since the frames of my last ones broke, and my prescription changed. My eyes are unusual, and require a unique prescription in each one. I had been to 3 other glasses providers, could not find the right frames, and felt ashamed when one of them went on about how uneven glasses would look with my prescription. When I went to Seaview Optical, Chris S. and Chris C. were so kind. At the time, I did not even tell them of my past experiences. Chris S. patiently watched as I tried on multiple pairs of glasses. He acknowledged how personal it can be to find the right pair. He suggested a brand I had not seen and they fit beautifully. I went back a different day to order the glasses. Chris C.ordered them and was also very helpful and kind. I now have the glasses.They are the most comfortable frames I have ever worn, my vision is terrific,and they look nearly invisible. I was so happy that I went back and obtained contacts from Jill, who was really nice, too. I would like to extend a sincere "Thank You" to Seaview Optical for caring.
