I paid $399 for their Google for Life Listing and never received the card in the mail to activate the plan so I asked billing to send another card. I waited 3 weeks and no card was issued. I then asked for a refund and despite several attempts, no refund was issued.
I have been cheated out of my money.

I would give minus stars if it were possible! I can honestly say that these people are complete scammers. I was out with my sick father for a month and during that time someone else at work let these people talk us into using their services. Charged $1000 so as soon as I got back to work I googled the company and saw that they are a complete scam. We tried to get the money back but was told we could only get back $399. They did refund that money and that was supposed to be the end of it. Today we had another charge on our credit card for $169.00. Called and they did do a refund claiming it was a glitch.Now we have to cancel that debit card just to be sure there are no more "glitches". Stay far away from anyone who claims your google listing is at risk of being deleted. Google is not affiliated with these people at all or anyone else claiming your google account is at risk of being deleted. Stay away from companies that are not local with an office you can sit down and talk to.
