I took my little Emmy to a groomer in Delray when she was just about 3 months old. When I picked her up, the groomer told me she was the worst dog she had ever worked on. She didn't know how to sit, to stand to do whatever... OK. So, Emmy was about 5 lbs, cute as a button, wouldn't bite if her life depended on it....so how bad could she have been?? I was so upset. I mean, it was her very first visit!!! And, of course, my little girl was perfect!!!! So I looked around and found Ann. She has a small place and Ann is a bit gruff. But I left my baby there and Ann had her finished in 2 hours. Emmy looked like a princess....just the way I had imagined, and she was happy as could be. I took Emmy to Ann for almost 10 years. She used the shampoo I wanted and always had Emmy first in first out. She washed and trimmed her exactly the way I asked - every- single - time. When little Em got too sick to stay, Ann cut her nails and took the hair out of her ears - free of charge. Ann is an animal lover, through and through. She is an angel, here on earth. Thanks, Ann
