Located in Delphi, Ind., the Carroll County Sheriff's Office is a full-service law enforcement agency that protects residents lives, property and their rights; maintains order and peace; and enforces local, state and federal laws and ordinances. It offers a variety of support services, such as concealed weapon permits, animal control, bicycle registration, and traffic and parking law enforcement. The Carroll County Sheriff's Office supports Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.), which is an international education program that seeks to prevent the usage of illegal drugs, gang activities and violent behavior.
