Was in charge of small engine repairs, sales & service in the basement of Ace Philips Hardware 235 Delaware Ave. Delmar, NY

I was in need of a snow blower. Rob demo'd a Toro 24" 8HP 2 stage snow blower, that was explained it was manufactured in the Mid 80's 1985 guesstimate. and he thoroughly went through this snow blower. I purchased this snow blower under false information!! And promises!! 2 - 3 days after purchasing this Toro snow blower. Snow storms hit. Time to move snow. Now the big disappointment. The engine seized. I called Rob to explain the oil is black, the engine will not turn over. Returned the Snow blower for engine repair. Rob claims the engine was now thoroughly rebuilt.. End of season this engine starts running rough, stalling constantly.

I check this engines oil. There was metal debris thick as paste.

This scam artist states this is all he can do for a used snow blower. After researching this snow blower model number via online archives, the actual manufactured date was 1978!!! Nice scam Rob. My recommendation. Is Run Away from Rob, or you will end up in this hack repair nightmare.
