My honey got my old phone when his one broke. The phone was a brand new iPhone at the time. I told him to put a case on the phone and not to let it break. Like most hubbies he did not listen. His phone ended up smashed to smitherines. It was so bad it locked up and got disabled because of damage. He had picture of our daughter, a video of her birth and so many irreplaceable things that he had not backed up. We immediately brought it to John and we are glad we did. In no time at all he had the screen replaced and revived and unlocked the phone. It had every back including the videos and photos of our daughter. Thank you for saving the day. And thank you for selling him a case to avoid future problems!!!! Very reasonably priced for he work and effort you had to put in!!!

This store exceeded our expectations by far. Our office has over 30 machines being serviced continually throughout the year. We have had our share of poor technicians. Bringing our computers to the Wholesale Computer Outlet has been a painless and pleasant experience. Where the other guys have failed these guys really do excell. They managed to remove viruses and spyware that the other guys would just reload windows. They have also recovered information from a damaged hard drive critical to our business at a very reasonable cost! They are an asset to us and we will continue to bring our computers to them. We have also started buying our new machines from them and there prices are competitive and the service is 2nd to none. LOCAL SERVICE is the key...no more talking to DELL overseas!
