worst ever, they take advantage of mentally handicapped people and when confronted and shown proof of over charges and thievery, admits that it should never have happened and they will make it right. over 4 weeks later still no refund, returned phone call or resolution.

Had to wait at least 15 minutes to be seen only to be passed off to another sales associate. During this time the sales associates did not communicate to each other that I needed a replacement phone with a home charger. Upon completion of my order I only received a phone. When I requested a refund or a charger; I was told that they would not refund my money and did not have the type of charger I needed! I hope they enjoyed my business.....I WILL NOT BE BACK! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
