Bought a refrigerator from here. Took 2 days to deliver. It was delivered with a cut power cord & the driver said they couldn't do anything about it, that the warehouse had damaged the cord. After SEVERAL phone calls, we decided to return the fridge. It took them 4 days to come out & pick it up & have yet to credit the card back. A repair tech finally called, a week after delivery wanting to schedule time to repair the fridge. Not only had the fridge already been returned, but they were willing to let us sit without a fridge for a week before fixing it.



Delivery is horrible (I have grease stains throughout my house now from their hands & shoes).



Service is a joke... it takes a week to get a repair tech out. The customer support at this store was extremely rude.



Credit process has been IMPOSSIBLE! We are 4 days out from pickup & a week out from the time we requested the return with NO CREDIT!



Steer clear of these clowns!!
