The worst haircut I have ever seen completed by a professional. His head has spots that are cut too deep with the clippers... and some spots that are not touched. Then when I complained, she made it a point to blame my son.. he is 15. He asked her to take a half inch off the top, and she proceeds to cut it down to a half an inch in length... he is very upset as am I, and they do not even answer the phone when I was calling to complain. I can't imagine how they would fix the problem anyhow.. as I would NEVER step into one again! Very sad that a haircut, from a certified individual can turn out so miserably wrong. I had to give a star rating.. but it is much less than one!
