I hired Chaun Miller during 1996- 2002. He helped me complete a series of remodeling projects at my house in Pompano Beach Florida. When my wife and I moved in 2006 to Tallahassee Florida, we were able to sell our house, in November, and still make a healthy profit despite how the housing market had already started to decline in Broward County. Chaun's expertise definitely enhanced the marketability of our home when it came time to sell it. Chaun also did work on my sister's Addison Mizner home in Boca Raton and did a beautiful job. I also property managed two gorgeous historical buildings in Boca over a period of 15 years and Chaun did fantastic work on both buildings for a competitive price. In 2006, Chaun was able to do an extensive remodel of the former MBR/bath & extra bdrm, without plans or even any definitive idea of what we wanted. He turned the aforementioned areas into a guest suite with adjoining office. It was exactly what we wanted & it was beautiful. How he understood what we couldn't articulate I will never know.

Chaun is a true professional who knows his work. He has full knowledge and has completed every job he has done for us on time and under budget. In this day, it is so hard to find a company who says what they mean and means what they say. You can count on this firm to do that. We love their work, and enjoy the working relationship as well.
