I wanted to get my ears re-pierced. The holes had closed because I am 43 and got out of the habit of wearing earrings. Then for Christmas, I got earrings. So, off to Claire's, even though I felt a little geriatric walking in the door. Kelsi took great care of me. Since it had been about 27 years since I went thru the whole process, she explained all the post-piercing care, and I am very pleased with her professional attitude and aptitude. Thanks, Kelsi!
