Impossible to get a hold of. ...

Impossible to get a hold of. We've called repeatedly in the last 3 months with no return call, email or any form of contact what-so-ever. Imported policy changes are set to take place and it looks like our deadline is going to fly by. Corporate basically says their hands are tied. Stay away from this agency - extremely poor performance after you hand over your check.
