I am actually a customer of this company. I am posting here in hopes you do not go through the nightmare I have with these guys. I cannot even begin to tell you how many times I've tried to get through to talk to someone since they "sold me." They are not in the very least helpful! My installer was 8 hours late and not professional. Had to contact a different company to clean up THEIR mess! NOT FUN



Please do youself a HUGE favor and look elsewhere!

CTI made it easy to switch to Dish

CTI made it SO easy to switch from cable to satellite. The technician did a great job of explaining how to use the new system which really wasn't that much different then cable tv. I don't know why I waited so long to switch. I can't imagine living without my DVR service plus my bill is half of what it was with Charter. Dealing with a local company was definately the way to go. I know they are only a phone call away if I ever need anything which made me feel better about making the switch. If anyone reading this is hesitant on going to satellite because they think it's complicated, it's not. Call CTI, you will be kicking yourself for not doing it years ago.

CTI knows satellite tv!

I called around to a few other satellite tv providers and was not convinced that I should switch from my current cable service until I called CTI Satellite in Deforest. I spoke with a CTI sales consultant on the phone and was very happy to find out that they had a local store that I could visit anytime to see a demo of both Directv and Dish Network services. After seeing their satellite store and talking with the people at CTI I was totally convinced to get rid of my cable and set up a new Directv H.D. System. CTI's 15-years of experience definitely made the difference, all the way from the first call, to demonstrating the new system after the installation was completed. Thanks CTI, for everything!

NEVER HAD BETTER!!!

Through all of my years with cable, I have never had such great service in my life. I was give fast, honest service, with prices that cable can't even touch. My technician was very informative and didn't leave until I was satisfied with everything. I had to call the office once to find out how to use a certain function and they were very helpful. CTI is the best out there HANDS DOWN!!!

CTI was out to my new home within 48 hours of my call; the responding technician "Shawn" was very friendly, and had me up and running within an hour. Shawn explained how to use my new DishNetwork DVR, so that I did not have to figure it out on my own.



I now have access to all the channels that the local cable company cannot offer, and for less money than cable.



I am very pleased both with my Dishnetwork service, and the service I recieved from CTI Satellite.

No response to numerous messages

Not impressed with customer service. Bad experience from day one. Left me with a messy installation and a system that doesn't work properly. Local support does not exist.
