I have used B & J Plumbing for 24 yrs. He is always very prompt and friendly when on the phone and when he is at my home working on something. We have had to call late at night and he will show up like it was a normal work day. I would recommend them hands down. Quality work and affordable!

in august 18 I left two phone messages to please call me , I had a septic pump card that needed to be filled out for environmental service.no one called back. after two weeks I drove to his home asked him to fill out card. he said he would take care of it.3weeks later I called environmental service to check on card. They said it had not been sent in. I left another message on B&J phone to please call me the card was not sent in. this went on calling trying to get a response every week until October when it was finally sent in after I contacted consumer protection. I have never had to deal with a company like this. I was also told by environmental service that I would get a fine if B&J did not send in card by november. this was very stressful!
