I have been a long time customer of Integrity Defiance Auto Body. They have always done excellent work, never disappointed. Even when I ask Jim to stay low budget on a job, they do a great job. They treat customers well. Highly recommend!

I have always used integrity for all of my car's needs. But this past time I had an oil change in which they overfilled the oil and it caused major problems with the rest of my engine. I called and told them the problem and asked them to look at it. Not only did Shawn ( service dept ) get really rude he also hung up on me. I will NEVER take any vehicle I own back there nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Recently had a lot of front end damage to my car repaired by Jim and his crew. The work is above and beyond. My car

looks better now than before it was damaged. They are very professional, thorough, and courteous. They have also

completed repairs on my prior vehicle and family members' vehicles. We have all been very satisfied. Kudos to Jim for

running a great shop!
