We are so thrilled with how our garage conversion came out. I have wanted a man-cave for quite some time now, just couldn't find the right person to do it. Until I met Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. She designed the perfect space for any man to be proud. Thanks again Jeanne.

Thanks to a good friend who gave me Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory's number, we had our garage converted into an amazing "Man Cave". She was great to work with and their installers did an amazing job. We were so pleased, we are going to have Jeanne custom design our home office next. Thanks again Jeanne.

What a blessing it was meeting Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. We had been shopping around for quite some time and could not find the right designer or company to help us with our closets. Then we walked into the Closet Factory and met Jeanne. In a matter of minuets we knew we were in good hands. Jeanne is not only a wonderful person, she is a tremendous designer. My closets were built many years ago in my small condo. Not much could fit in them, but the ads that kept coming to my home looked so nice, so I gave The Closet Factory a call. Shelly Miller was sent over to evaluate what I had and what I needed to put away. She was so lovely and kind! A definite expert, she got on her computer and made a plan which she showed to me in three dimensions! Completely impressed with her expertise and the photos and testimonials she shared, I immediately paced my order and found that when everything was installed, I had more room than I ever thought! Shelly made magic happen in my little condo! When you call for new closets, make sure to ask for her!

We were so lucky that the Closet Factory sent Shellie Miller out to see us about putting closets in our brand new home. She reassured us that the process would be easy and gave us many options, from the simplest layouts to more involved with features like beautiful crown molding, color options, textured drawers, hidden mirrors and plenty of extras. As we considered each upgrade, she was very clear about where it was taking our budget. My partner felt very confident working with Shellie because it was very clear that we were not being "sold." In the end we built two gorgeous master closets. One had all of the bells and whistles, and one was pretty simple, but still had everything we wanted. Shellie is our go-to lady for future projects in our new place including a custom garage and entertainment center. Call and ask for Shellie! You'll be glad you did!

I'm so glad I stopped by the Closet Factory one Saturday and met with one of their top designers, Jeanne Hessen. Right away I knew I was in good hands as she took me thru their show room and showed me how they custom build everything. I was so excited. Jeanne designed the most beautiful closet for me, that was custom built giving me the perfect space for all my clothes and everything else. I did not think it was possible, but sure enough she created the perfect space. I love it

Thanks to Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory, we now enjoy the benefits of converting our garage into the recreation room my husband has always wanted. Who would of thought you could go to a Closet Factory to have your garage custom designed into a very high quality and beautiful recreation room. We had no idea, until a good friend of ours explained to us that is exactly what he and his wife had done. So he gave us the number to Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory and further explained to us that she was awesome in terms of her talent; professionalism and people skills. Thanks to our neighbor our search for a designer to help us design and custom build our walk-in closets came to an end. We had been looking for someone for a long time and our neighbor said she was told, if your looking for the best designer and company to meet your needs then you need to call the Closet Factory and ask for Jeanne Hessen. Well that is exactly what we did and to make a long story short, we could not be happier. Working with Amy Mendez at the Closet Factory has been an absolute pleasure. She helped us get organized in ways I couldn't ever imagine. I love walking into my New closet! Getting my master closet done was something my girlfriend was super focused on, so she had the Closet Factory send someone out. Shellie Miller was very professional, fun and knew exactly what we had in mind. She went over all of the options carefully, explaining cost differences and the reason for the way she was designing the layout. We made lots of changes but she never broke a sweat! She was patient and cool through the three meetings we had, our visits to other places and even more revisions...she never gave up and the reason we hired her and the Company was because we could tell that their focus was all about quality and customer service. Shellie is an asset that they are lucky to have, and so are we! We are planning to call her soon to get our garage organized too. Our Designer Amy Mendez over exceeded our expectations. From the moment we met her, we knew she was highly qualified to tackle our disaster. She designed a fantastic closet that just works perfectly and now everything seems to have a home. We were very happy with not only her knowledge and design skills, but also her professionalism. It may seem silly, but since my kitchen pantry was designed and installed by the Closet Factory, I've been so much more at ease! Shellie Miller came to my home ad understood why I felt so unorganized. She immediately got to work on reconfiguring the area, making it work far better with drawers, baskets and specific areas for certain things. I can honestly say she changed my life! I'm so glad that Icalled the Closet Factory and they sent Shellie to help. I would 100% recommend them if organization is a challenge for you.

My family has been drooling over these motor trend garages for several years now. We finally made the call to the closet factory and they sent Shellie Miller to evaluate the garage and talk to us about what we would like to do there. She was so much fun to work with!. She has a great eye for design, especially when it comes to utilizing a space for multiple purposes. My kids want to set up a pool table and have a comfy couch to spend time with their friends watching movies, and playing video games . My husband wants to make sure that all of his tools have a home, and that there is room for his motorcycle. I just want everyone to have a space where they can unwind without making a big mess in the main house. Now that we have our plan in place, we are super excited to get things started! Shellie has made all of the difference, and we are so glad to be working with her!

Considering all of the projects we have done during our home renovation, I have to give five stars and the highest recommendation to Shelly Miller with the Closet Factory. From our first meeting until our last, she has always been five minutes early, and has done absolutely everything she promised. The company did high-quality work and she stayed in touch with me during the entire process. Understanding that working with subcontractors has a fairly high degree of headaches, I am completely impressed with how smooth renovating our closets and our laundry room has been with Shelly and the closet factory.

Both of our master closets had already been done when we bought our home, but I wanted my mother-in-law to have a custom closet of the same caliber. After seeing the Closet Factory ad in my mailbox I called the closet factory. They scheduled Shellie Miller to come and measure mom's closet and take all of the information. She came up with a plan, carefully explaining her placement of everything. I originally wanted only short hang areas, but she noted that my mother-in-law had a lot of dresses and housecoats and needed a different configuration. A friend of mine had a beautiful new entertainment center installed by The Closet Factory that was custom-made for her. She referred me to her designer, Shelley Miller who is a lovely lady!
