Good management company that does what's best for their clients. No Mark ups on repairs and no extra fees.

Deauville Manor apartments managed by DMI is filthy and disgusting. The office staff are rude and obscene. The building has been cited for many violations by the city including but, not limited to termite infestation, damaged parking lot, deteriorating building, trash, unauthorized vehicles, and a city nuisance. Do not expect to have any sort of repairs responsible for by DMI be completed and, DO expect to be treated as a felon. The occupants of the building are on probation, drugs, and are the dregs of society. Be prepared to be harassed by neighbors if you do not join in the weekend gatherings of over consumption of booze and illegal substances. The pool area is littered with empty beer cans, potato chip bags, and over filled ash trays. Also, there is a weight limit of the female occupants that if you do not reach (approximately 185lbs.) you will also be sneered at and called names. If you do make the mistake of moving in (watch out for the blood in the stair well!), no matter the circumstances of leaving the building do NOT expect your security deposit back when you leave; It has most likely been spent by staff on soda, beer, and cigarettes. Be careful!

These apartments are gross! Particularly in 33062. Infested with termites, washers and dryers are always broken, apt are rented filthy with old dirty stained carpet, cheap white paint that literally washes off if you wipe with a sponge and, the "Things" that answer the phones in the management office are complete rude inconsiderate jerks. I have never experienced human being with such bad attitudes that then expect you to send them money every month. Cheap rent or not, the level of class of these people is beneath that of the rats in the building. Spend the extra money and find a place where you are not treated as a low rent tenant living in filth. This should feel like home not a half way house. PS. most of the other tenants are middle aged alcoholics, smoke pills, or are peeping toms.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! **WARNING** I have to tell you that the woman Brandy who works in the office if a real piece of work, absolutley cold hearted. she will evict anyone who complains or asks for things to be fixed in a any of the apartments OR if you are a day r two behind on rent ALL the apartments are not updated, old, bad plumbing, carpets are filthy!, bugs, cochroaches and rats in the ceilings. Anyone who ask for work to be done was never done and if you went ahead and took care of it yourself no credit to your rent. Another complaint was made for mold in another unit and she sent rent check back and evicted the couple. Also same for a couple other tenets. She will promise you to put you into a nicer unit just to get you in. Im telling you this beause you will be wasting your hard earned money at this place. THEY SHOULD BE SUED FOR EVICTING AND TREATING PEOPLE LIKE SCUM. THEY ARE SCUMLORDS! (also the apartment manger on site lives there and sells and does drugs with all the tenets in the apartments) they was a recent drug bust for a tenet, NOT SAFE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes their prices are cheap but apartments are outdated, carpet is disgusting, there is mold, repairs take forever. The women (which they definately are not) are rude and disgusting, they smoke in the office and have the worst attitudes.
