I refer to Bad Dog multiple times a month. The reason I do is they are the best. There is nobody better.

Joe was really great. Had a great experience and he made things very easy and simple. We trusted his opinions & he answered all of our questions easily. Now we are confident going into our new home. Would highly recommend Bag Dog for new home owners.

I had a home inspection with Ed two month ago and he spent over 2 hours with me, going over everything I needed. I felt like I could make a great decision after the inspection.

I had a great experience, They were extremely professional, on time... .. friendly and answered all of my questions in a timely manner.

Never use this service again; Just had FP&L do energy survey and learned that there is NO insulation in attic over living area (house built in 2000) absolutely none. Clearly Bad Dog never looked into attic. Also, they did not check gas appliances nor did they say that I had to have gas turned on prior to the inspection; accordingly, I had to replace the pool heater immediately following close of purchase. Insulation issue cost me over $1,000.

I wouldn’t recommend using this company. I used them when I was buying a house and they didn’t write up anything seriously wrong on the inspection. A week after moving in my AC broke. I would have let one thing slide but then the first time it rained, my garage floor flooded. I specific asked them about this during the inspection. Just when you think it couldn’t get any worse my roof leaked and I learned that I have water damage in one of the rooms of my house. I would question how someone could miss all of these things. These are just some of the issues. They are a waste of money. I would never use these guys or recommend anyone using them when purchasing a house. They are far from thorough and will miss a lot of things. Now if you are the selling, pray someone uses them…..
