I had a horrible experience when I had my eyebrows waxed. The next day, my eyes, eyelids, under my eyes were swollen, red and itchy. I iced them down for 5-days and finally asked a pharmacist what else I could use. I chose a product that cost close to $12. I went back to American Nails that day and they refused to pay me for the treatment saying it was my fault???
I didn't look like that when I went there. The next day I went to URGENT CARE where the dr gave me a topical to use for 7 days, 3 times daily. My advice is NOT TO GO THERE as I don't want anyone to have to go through what I'm still experiencing. Feel all they want is money and don't care about customers.

I started getting my nails done here a few months ago and I love it. I come in every 2-3 weeks for a pedicure and fill/acrylic set and they are so nice. I never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes max! They do a great job and once they get to know you, they are even better than great. I definitely plan to be coming here for a long, long time

This establishment preys on teenagers & over charges them. My Daughter & her friend went in to ask how much would be for a full set with gel nailpolish. She was quoted 24.00 plus 5.00 for gel polish. At that time they decided to go ahead & get their nails done.

At check out is when they charged her 47.00 dollars, my daughter was truly confused & said but you quoted me 24.00 plus 5.00....the lady paused & said 37.00. That is when my daughter paid & called me & said Mom I feel like I was robbed.

I called asked if I was enquiring how much they would charge for a full set & if I wanted gel polish she said an additional 5.00. That is when I said then why are you charging my daughter 47.00 dollars? There was a long pause & she said we charged her 37.00. I mentioned but you quoted 24.00 plus 5.00.
I truly had to say I would call the police to get them to give my daughter the difference back. You wouldn't believe that they told her that they needed to cut her nails off prior to giving her the differance back. I called them again & asked for the mananger & then they said they were the manager. After giving them a peace of my mind they finally gave her the differance.

Really? This is how you make profit by ripping off the young!!!!!

They truly need to get their act right!
