Dentist appointments have always been a pleasant and comfortable experience for me, and I am not one who necessarily likes my mouth being poked and prodded with sharp instruments! I went to Dr. Bates Senior, and now see his son for all of my dental needs. He is thorough, caring, and is just a great person all around. His staff is wonderful. The new office is beautiful! I recommend him and his team to anyone I talk to who is in need of any kind of dental care. Everything about this Dr., his staff, and their facility is TOP NOTCH.

I actually look forward to going to see Dr. Bates as the staff is great and they ensure you know what work really needs to be done and what can wait if it has to. Everyone is upbeat and personable so the time goes by quickly regardless of what kind of procedure everyone in our family has had done. With dental insurance lagging behind the times they work with you to make payments you can afford so your dental care doesn’t fall behind. They are always bringing in new technology which shows they care about providing the best care possible to their patients.
