this place don't care about your car.

I was verbally assaulted by an employee who was still in his uniform less then a block from the Deer Park, TX location. I spoke to the management the next day and was told the employee was off the clock so nothing could be done. The employee also cursed at me while I was talking to the management and I was then told something would be done about the situation but when I drove by today the employee was still working there. Is this the kind of establishment we want in Deer Park?
