We drove up to the menu. A woman came across the speaker and asked for our order. I asked her for a little time to look it over. She replied with "sure, just let us know when you are ready". Then as we were getting our order together, a man's voice came across the speaker and said "What do you want lady?" At that time I was fixing to order. I told him my order. When we drove up and the man was at the window, trying to repeat my order. Which was wrong. I told him I thought he was very rude on the intercom and that if he would have listened to me, he would have gotten the order right. He made no apologies and again was rushing to get my order and me out. I then asked him for the receipt, which he did not want to give to me, but eventually did. I had my 4 children and another child in the car while all this was happening. This man, who I believe to be the owner is rude and does not care about customer service, but only making a profit.
