Depending on the accounts your looking to open they have one of the best interest rates. I researched Sovereign,Citibank and Bank of America and Sovereign won over all of them with interest rates.They are friendly and make sure all your needs are met. Sometimes the lines move slow within the bank all depending on who is standing in line. But the tellers move them the best they can. Seems like sometimes people walk in there and start a conversation that they think the teller is their best friend. It could feel like 10-15 minutes but in reality of it all it's more like 2-3 minutes. It does get irritating if your on a schedule so make sure when you go you have a few extra minutes just incase there is a talker in front of you. Overall great personnel good hours and they are there to answer all your questions.
