I purchased my heating/air conditioning system from Tica in 1997 and 1999, a Trane unit. It has run flawlessly, aside from several parts being replaced over the 26 years, to be expected. Recently, some more serious burner issues developed, and I could be facing furnace replacement - argghh $$$. BUT WAIT - the heat exchanger was still under warranty, and was replaced today by one of their service techs. I am so relieved I could almost cry. Tica folks have been only helpful and courteous and prompt every time I have dealt with them.

At first I was concerned because this was a company that we had to use due to us going through our home warranty for repairs. But, they were great. Our technician, John, called us first thing on the day we were scheduled for repair. He was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Within an hour, our air was fixed and he was on his way. I would definitely recommend Tica to others

We have had great equipment installed throughout the years, along with exceptional, timely service! Best in town! Grandparents were customers, parents are customers, and now my family, highly recommended to anyone in central Illinois!

I am so very sorry to give this company a bad review. We have had a new filter put on our furnace. We never had a confirmed bid/quote, representative contact us, or had anyone tell us that the filter was not done due to lack of parts missing. We called three times to get information and to clarify the situation. We also got a bill & a phone call requesting the bill be paid even when the job was not done. After speaking to the manager,the part conveniently was in. We never had problems with this company before but their lack of communication skills have cost them another customer.

Called for service on a holiday which was going to cost more from anyone I called. I received a call back from Jerry in less than 10 minutes. I let him know what make and model furnace I have and the problem I was having. Jerry explained that it was a pretty easy fix and saved me a holiday service call by telling me how to fix it myself! I called Jerry back after successfully following his instructions to see if I should still schedule an appointment to have the part replaced. Instead of trying to gouge me for money, he was honest and told me what I did was part of there normal maintenance contract that they offer and the part shouldn't need replaced.One final thought. I asked Jerry if it would be ok to call Tica to say "thank you" and give him some credit for his help? I didn't want to get him into trouble for what could be considered costing the business money. He said that would be fine and that is what they are here for; to help there customers and to save them money.

Had to have another company come out and fix their mistakes.
