My husband and I went in on 12/22/11 looking to get a couple of kindels engraved.We stood at the counter waiting to be ask could they help us,after the previous person had already walked away. When we ask about the engraving,the women that was helping us had to ask the women that actually does the engraving if she had time and when she could get them done. The women was helping someone else,but didn't hesitate to turn to her and say(rudely,and loud enough so that we,and everyone there actually heard it) tell them I'm not responsible for any device that is damaged from engraving,and I do not have time .I'm not doing anything until after X-Mas,by that time my husband had already put it back in the bag and let's get the hell out of here.I guess since I had on sweats a t shirt ,and a pull over I didn't have anything to offer.Had thought about getting my husband another wedding band from there"NOT ANYMORE" So sad so much of that still exist!!!!!!!!!!!

I am recently engaged! My fiance could not find the ring that he wanted me to have. He went to Ray's and found the most perfect ring it was just absolutly beautiful. The band is original and has an antique look to it. The diamond is heart-shaped. The ring took my breath away. Thank you.

i searched every single jewlery store in decatur, springfield and on line ray was the onlyone who had what I wanted. they have a friendly staff they are more than willing to go that extra mile. some of the stores i visted made us feel as if we weren't good enough for thier store, not ray! since my wedding ring i have been back for other items and am going this weekend to check out the angel wing collection. can't wait!! thanks ray
