Butch offers a lifetime guarantee on work performed in his shop; however he did not honor it in my case. I had two fenders repaired on my vehicle in which the paint had been applied over a poorly prepared surface. Butch simply sanded smooth and painted over the defective surface. Within 3 months the poor surface prep returned. He offered no intent to correct, nor to honor his written warrantee.

I would like to say you get what you pay for, but in this case I did not. I paid 700 dollars simply to paint over bad paint 2 fenders when I could have had the whole car painted at Maaco for less than $400
