I'm absolutely grateful to have called Burdick Plumbing & Heating! When I spoke to a couple of fellas there, they carefully listened to my dilemma and accommodated our particular household needs without hesitation. I am totally delighted with their communication abilities and the time that was taken to understand the prominent issue we had. Upon arrival, the technician promptly and professionally attended to the matter at hand. He was also completely capable of answering my many questions and thoroughly explained his answers in a manner that was easily understood. In addition, he was very informative of the potential options for future projects that concern us. When we received the bill our smiles did not fade in the slightest, for we thought the charges were completely fair and reasonable too!
