I'm blind and have a Guide Dog, and she and her helper treat Zahara with so much compassion. I am honored to be a customer, and Zahara comes home so much calmer and happier than she was after being groomed at Pet Smart. Tamara really cares about animals, and it's especially nice to know how much she supports animal shelters with a "no-kill" policy. Her price is also fair, and she never has a problem with doing those little extras that Guide Dogs need like shaving her pads, so her fur doesn't get caught between the moving & stationery parts of an escalator. Thank you, Tamara, for making us feel so special!

Called and ask about grooming, and an appointment. The groomer was very rude, and ended up hanging up on me, when I ask why the dogs had to stay from 8 am, to after at least 1pm, and not done by appointment.

Tamara really understands animals not just a groomer but a true animal whisperer not to mention excellent customer service me and my pet are very plz and will continue our services there.ps never take your pet to petsmart
