I've known Dan for years, and if you want someone who will fight for you and give you honest feedback in legal matters, Dan is definitely the man to see!!

While waiting for my day in court, Dan was absolutely fantastic at responding to my emails and phone calls and even called me often to just give me updates.



I would highly recommend Dan DeWoskin to anyone seeking legal counsel for DUI or any of his other specialties. Dan is very professional and goes out of his way to make sure you understand everything about your case, your options and is extremely prompt to answer any questions or correspondence his clients have. I hope I don’t need another lawyer, but if I do, Dan is the first I would call!

This guy was awesome. I had been having issues with a collection agency called Midland and DeWoskin made them stop harassing me and made them go away after about 3 weeks. He even made Midland pay his fees. This firm rocks!

I can finally exhale! Dan and Jill were the best! After speaking with them I was told not to worry, that was their job. So I went home, didn't worry, even forgot that I had a case with them and then one day I got a call telling me that it was all over and everything went in my favor! The other party even had to pay a settlement, which was something I was not expecting! Their experience in what they do shows in how they conduct themselves and their cases and clients. I thought all my problems were solved until I had another issue pop up. All I had to do was send Dan an email that I needed his help again and he came to my rescue again! Now I'm 2-0! I can finally exhale! If I ever have another issue pop up in the future, they will be the first ones I call/email! Dan even inspired me to buy my first pair of cowboy boots!
